They needed help making their awesome laundry and dry cleaning service a bit simpler and easier to use.
We created a solution to work with the environment of the users, the hustle and bustle of Manhattan and the fact that most people in Manhattan don't own washers or dryers.
This meant some sort of caffeinated concoction in one hand and a phone in the other. With this in mind we created a new way to interact with the app, doing away with the traditional tab bar for a progressive contextual navigation.
